The multiplicative representation for multiple objectives optimization with an application for arms procurement

Multiple Objectives Optimization is much seen in combination with linear functions and even with linear programming, together with an adding of the objectives by using weights. With distance functions, normalization instead of weights is used. It is also possible that together with an additive direct influence of the objectives on the utility function a mutual utility of the objectives exists under the form of a multiplicative representation. A critical comment is brought on some representations of this kind. A full‐multiplicative form may offer other opportunities, which will be discussed at length in an effort to exclude weights and normalization. 大型相控阵雷达系统安全性综合评价

针对大型相控阵雷达系统安全性因素多、评价困难的特点，分析并建立了大型相控阵雷达系统安全评价指标体系。提出了一种基于改进模糊层次分析法、熵权法和拉格朗日算法确定综合权重的方法，并建立了雷达系统安全性模糊综合评价模型。以某型大型相控阵雷达系统的安全性评价为例，运用所提方法确定该雷达系统的安全性指标综合权重，并进行安全性综合评价。将该方法与传统AHP评价法进行对比分析，验证了该方法的科学性和合理性。     

藏区地基换填戈壁土处理的经济适用性评价

藏区地基处理中如果能采用戈壁土作为换填材料，可以较好的解决该地区地基加固费用高的问题。结合某新建工程，对换填戈壁土方法进行经济适用性评价，结果表明该方法经济合理，可以推广应用。     

新疆高校新闻专业人才培养现状、问题与对策

作为区域内新闻专业人才培养的主要阵地，新疆高校在新闻专业人才培养上起步较晚。但随着新疆区域内新闻专业人才需求的逐步扩大以及国家政策的扶持，这种状况在上世纪八十年代后得以改观。上世纪九十年代末以来，新疆部分高校相继开办了新闻专业，使新闻专业人才培养阵地迅速扩张。短期内的迅速扩张，随之也带来了诸多问题。客观理性分析产生这些问题的原因并及时寻找解决问题的对策，对提高新疆高校新闻专业人才培养质量，为区域经济发展提供人才支撑有重要意义。

在变抽头六相整流系统中,整流换相和变抽头换相对有效抑制交流侧电流波形畸变起到了重要作用.采用分段解析法给出了考虑换相过程时变抽头六相整流系统的数学模型,得出了交流侧电流波形,并对交流电流进行了傅氏级数分解.通过实验研究,查明了电流正弦性畸变率的变化规律和影响因素,给出了抽头换接器的匝数匹配优化值,为该系统的工程设计提供了重要指导.

首次引用一种迭代算法，用来构造Hilbert空间中次连续拟非扩张映像的不动点；使用新的算法证明了一个强收敛定理，其优点是不要求映像具有次闭性质。     

风场的科学计算可视化在导弹射击中的应用

在导弹射击时,消除风会对导弹飞行造成不利的影响,因此基于可视化分析的研究模型、流程等,利用科学计算方法直观分析优点对风的大小和方向进行分析,并采用开放图形接口对实验风场数据进行了三维图形绘制以提高导弹打击目标的精度,对实际中导弹的风场阻力研究有一定的指导意义.     

Technical note: Finite-time regret analysis of Kiefer-Wolfowitz stochastic approximation algorithm and nonparametric multi-product dynamic pricing with unknown demand

We consider the problem of nonparametric multi-product dynamic pricing with unknown demand and show that the problem may be formulated as an online model-free stochastic program, which can be solved by the classical Kiefer-Wolfowitz stochastic approximation (KWSA) algorithm. We prove that the expected cumulative regret of the KWSA algorithm is bounded above by where κ₁, κ₂ are positive constants and T is the number of periods for any T = 1, 2, … . Therefore, the regret of the KWSA algorithm grows in the order of , which achieves the lower bounds known for parametric dynamic pricing problems and shows that the nonparametric problems are not necessarily more difficult to solve than the parametric ones. Numerical experiments further demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of our proposed KW pricing policy by comparing with some pricing policies in the literature.
